Filter Conversations

You can apply one or more space tags to filter conversations in a project space.

To filter conversations in a project space:

1. In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
2. Click the project space that you want to manage.

   To search for a project space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.

3. On the Conversations page, use the Filter By Tags slider on the header bar to enable filter tags.
4. Click .
5. In the Space Tags dialog box, click each space tag that you want to filter by.
   You can also use the Filter By slider to toggle between two operators:

   • AND: Use this operator to concatenate tags. To be included in the display, a conversation must have all of the tags that you specify.
   • OR: Use this operator to set up an either/or condition. To be included in the display, a conversation must have any one (or more) of the tags that you select.
6. To remove a filter, click the tag that you want to remove, or click Clear All.
