Download Multiple Documents

You can download multiple documents to your PC as a ZIP file. If additional file types exist for a document, you can select to include them in the download. You cannot download Cloud documents.

To download multiple documents:

  1. In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
  2. Click the space to navigate to it.
    To search for a space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.
  3. Click the Documents tab.
  4. Navigate to the folder where the documents are stored.
  5. Hover the mouse over the first document, and select its check box.
  6. Select the check box for each additional document that you want to download.
  7. Click > Download.
  8. Optional: In the Download documents pane, select any additional file types that you want to download for a particular document.
    By default, the primary document is always selected. You can clear the primary document if you do not want to download it.
  9. Click Download.
