Crosstable Export Definition Dialog Box
Use the Crosstable Export Definition dialog box to define the settings for a crosstable export definition.
The Crosstable Export Definition dialog box contains the following tabs:
- General: This tab determines whether you will be exporting resource or earned value data and whether the data will be rolled up by resource or resource assignment.
- Resources: This tab controls the type of information Open Plan displays for the selected resources. It is enabled when you select Resource as the Data Type on the General tab.
- Earned Value: This tab is enabled when you select Earned Value as the Data Type on the General tab. You can use this tab to select the earned value data to export.
- Date Scale: This tab allows you to specify the time periods Open Plan uses to calculate and export the data. The time periods are then used to display the calculations in the .csv or .xml export file. You can also set the range of dates that Open Plan uses for the operation.
- Activity Data: This tab is enabled when you select to export the data rolled up by Resource Assignment (on the General tab). You can use this tab to apply a filter to the activities as well as include additional activity-related fields for export.
- Resource Data: This tab is enabled when you select to export the data rolled up by Resource (on the General tab). You can use this tab to apply a filter to the resources as well as include additional resource-related fields for export.
- Access Control: This tab allows you to define the access rights that users or groups have and what role they play in the project. If you are the owner of the project or a member of the System Administrator group and you have the project open in Exclusive mode, you can use the following fields to define access rights to the project.
