Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Copy a Crosstable Export Specification

Use this procedure to copy an existing crosstable export specification.

To copy an existing crosstable export specification:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, select the project from which you want to copy crosstable data.
  2. Click Crosstable Data in the Export group of the Integration tab.
    If the project is not open, Open Plan will open it in its Default mode. If it cannot be opened, you will receive an error message.
  3. In the Crosstable Exports dialog box, select the export specification to copy.
  4. Click Copy.
  5. Enter a name for the copy and click Apply to return to the Crosstable Exports dialog box.
