Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Create a Crosstable Export Specification

Use this procedure to create a crosstable export specification.

To create a crosstable export specification:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, select the project for which you want to create crosstable data.
  2. Click Crosstable Data in the Export group of the Integration tab.
    If the project is not open, Open Plan will open it in its Default mode. If it cannot be opened, you will receive an error message.
  3. In the Crosstable Exports dialog box, click New.
  4. Enter a name for the export specification and click OK.
    The Crosstable Export Definition dialog box displays.
  5. Select the data and options for the export specification.
  6. When finished defining the export, click OK.
