Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Resource Data Tab

Use the Resource Data tab to apply a filter to the resources as well as include additional resource-related fields for export.

The Resource Data tab is enabled when you select to export the data rolled up by Resource on the General tab of the Crosstable Export Definition dialog box.

This tab enables you to do two things:

  • Apply a filter to the resources that are exported.
  • Export additional resource fields that are available to the project.
