Enter Multiple Holidays

Use the Holidays dialog box to enter multiple holidays on a calendar.

To enter multiple holidays on a calendar:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • On the Edit tab, click Holidays.
    • Right-click the calendar, and click Holidays on the shortcut menu
  3. In the Holidays dialog box, select a calendar from the Calendar list.
    If you enter holidays on a parent calendar, they will also be entered on all of its child calendars.
  4. Enter the date for the holiday, and specify whether you want the holiday to be repeated yearly.
  5. Continue entering as many holidays as you need.
  6. Click OK.
