Enter Company Holidays

Use this procedure to enter holidays on a company calendar.

To enter holidays on a company calendar:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • On the Edit tab, click Holidays.
    • Right-click the calendar, and click Holidays on the shortcut menu.
  3. Select a calendar to be used as the company calendar.
  4. Enter your company holidays for the current year and several years into the future.
  5. Create all remaining calendars as children of the company calendar.
