Enter Company Holidays
Use this procedure to enter holidays on a company calendar.
To enter holidays on a company calendar:
- In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar.

Take one of the following actions:
- On the Edit tab, click Holidays.
- Right-click the calendar, and click Holidays on the shortcut menu.
- Select a calendar to be used as the company calendar.
- Enter your company holidays for the current year and several years into the future.
- Create all remaining calendars as children of the company calendar.
