Enter a Holiday

Use this procedure to enter a holiday.

To enter a holiday:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a calendar for which you want to enter a holiday.
    If you enter a holiday on a parent calendar, it will also be entered on all of its child calendars.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • Select a workday, and press the spacebar.
    • Double-click a workday, and change the working status in the Define Work Hours dialog box.
    • Right-click a workday, and select Non-Working from the context menu.
