Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase. Ex."system administration"
And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Display Resource Assignments on a Resource Histogram
Use this procedure to display resource assignments for a project.
To display resource assignments for a project:
In Open Plan Explorer, select a project for which you want to display resource assignment levels.
Perform time analysis on the project.
In the
ProjectViews folder of your project, double-click the resource histogram view.
If the resource histogram view is blank, click
Select Resource in the
General menu group of the View tab.
You may also right-click within the view, and click
Select Resource on the shortcut menu.
In the Resource Selection dialog box, select the resources for which you want to see the requirements, and click
OK.
In the
General menu group of the View tab, click
Preferences.
If a barchart with a histogram is displayed, the option is
Histogram Preferences.
On the Options tab of the Histogram Preferences dialog box, select
Resources, and specify the display options.
Click the Resources tab.
On the Resources tab, select the information you want to display, and click
OK.
