Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase. Ex."system administration"
And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria. Ex.system + administration
Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default. Ex.system administration
Display a Resource Histogram View
Use this procedure to display a stand-alone resource histogram view.
To display a stand-alone resource histogram view:
Select a project in Open Plan Explorer.
Perform time analysis on the project. Performing time analysis generates early and late dates for the project.
Perform resource scheduling if you also want the histogram to display resource usage.
If necessary, assign the Resource Histogram view to the project.
If the Resource Histogram view has not been selected as a standard file in your installation of Open Plan, you will need to assign it to your project to display a resource histogram view for the first time.
In the
Project Views folder of your project, double-click the resource histogram view.
If the resource histogram view is blank, click
Select Resource in the
General menu group of the View tab.
You may also right-click within the view, and click
Select Resource on the shortcut menu.
In the Resource Selection dialog box, select the resources to display on the histogram.
If you select multiple resources, choose whether to show the resource data
Total,
Stacked, or
Category.
