Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Display a Risk Histogram View

Use this procedure to display a risk histogram view.

To display a risk histogram view:

  1. Select a project in Open Plan Explorer.
  2. If necessary, assign the Risk Histogram view to the project.
    If the Risk Histogram view has not been selected as a standard view in your installation of Open Plan, you will need to assign it to your project to display a risk histogram view for the first time.
  3. In the Project Views folder of your project, double-click the risk histogram view.
  4. If the risk histogram view is blank, click Select Activity in the General menu group of the View tab.
    You may also right-click within the view and then click Select Activity on the shortcut menu.
  5. In the Key Activity Selection dialog box, select the key activity to display on the risk histogram view.
    For Open Plan to display key activities in the Key Activity Selection dialog box, both of the following conditions must be met:
    • At least one activity must be identified as a key activity on the Risk tab of the Activity Details dialog box.
    • Risk analysis must have been performed on the project.
  6. Click OK.
