Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Back Up Open Plan Data

Use this procedure to back up Open Plan data.

To back up Open Plan data:

  1. From the File menu, click Manage Files > Backup Data.
  2. In the Backup dialog box, select the file(s) to back up and click OK.
  3. In the Save As dialog box, provide a name and location for the backup file set.
  4. Click Save.

If you are backing up a project, Open Plan automatically includes any associated ancillary files, views, and external subprojects in the backup file.
