Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Assigning Immediate to an Activity

Use this procedure to assign Immediate to an activity

To assign the Immediate attribute to an activity:

  1. Take one of the following actions to display the Activity Details dialog box:
    • Double-click the appropriate activity.
    • Right-click the selection button of the appropriate activity, and click Edit Activity on the shortcut menu.
    • Select the appropriate activity, and click Details on the Edit tab.
  2. On the Advanced tab of the Activity Details dialog box, select Immediate from the Type list.
  3. Click Apply.
