Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Define Code Display Options

Use the Options tab of the Code Display Preferences dialog box to define code display options.

To define code display options:

  1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a code file in Code View.
  2. Take one of the following actions:
    • In the Hierarchy menu group of the View tab, click Preferences.
    • Right-click an empty area of the workspace, and click Preferences on the context menu.
  3. In the Options tab of the Code Display Preferences dialog box, enter the information for the display options.
  4. When the information is complete, click OK to return to the Code View.
