Display Code Descriptions

Use the Box Layout tab of the Code Display Preferences dialog box to display code descriptions in the code boxes.

To display code descriptions in the code boxes:

1. In Open Plan Explorer, display a code file in Code View.
2. Take one of the following actions:
   • In the Hierarchy menu group of the View  tab, click Preferences.
   • Right-click an empty area of the workspace, and click Preferences on the shortcut menu.
3. On the Box Layout tab of the Code Display Preferences dialog box, ensure that one of the lines in the Field column displays Code Description.
