Copy Organizations to an Opportunity

To save time, you can copy external organizations from an existing record, such as a project, tender, campaign, or another opportunity.

To copy organizations to an opportunity:

1. Navigate to the opportunity.
   You can search for opportunities using the Advance Search Opportunities link in the Activity Zone.
2. In the Organizations and Contacts band, click Copy Organizations.
3. On the Copy Organizations window, use the first list to select the record type that you want to copy organizations from.
4. In the Filter Entity Name field, enter the name of the record. When the name of the record appears, click it to select it.
5. In the list of organizations that displays, select each organization that you want to copy.
6. Click Copy Organizations.
