Copy Contacts from an Organization

To save time, you can copy contacts from an organization that is linked to an opportunity.

To copy contacts from an organization:

1. Navigate to the opportunity.
   You can search for opportunities using the Advance Search Opportunities link in the Activity Zone.
2. In the External Organizations and Contacts band, click > Copy Contacts From Organization for the organization that you want to copy contacts from.
3. On the Copy Contacts window, select each contact that you want to add.
4. Click Copy Contacts.
