Manage Documents

Owners, and members with the required privileges, can edit, move, remove, restore, and grant access to documents within a project space.

    You edit a document to update the document number, title, revision, originating organization, and notes.

    You can move or copy one or more documents between folders in a project space.
  • Remove a Document
    You remove a document and its revisions to prevent users from accessing it. Removing a document does not permanently delete it, since documents can be restored by a space owner. You cannot remove locked documents, or documents synced from Deltek PIM.
  • Restore a Document
    You can restore documents that were removed by users. Restoring a document also restores all previous revisions of a document.
  • Manage Access to a Document
    You provide members with access to documents by managing group access rights on document folders.
