Move a Document
You can move or copy one or more documents between folders in a project space.
You must be a folder owner, or manager of the source folder you are moving a document from.
To move a document:
- In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
- Click the space to navigate to it. To search for a space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.
- Click the Documents tab to select it.
- Navigate to the folder where the document is stored.
- Hover the mouse over the document, and select its check box. Select any additional documents that you want to apply the operation to.
- Click .
- In the Move Documents dialog box, from the Destination Folder drop-down list, select the target folder where you want to move the documents to. You can retain copies of the selected documents in the source folder by selecting Keep a copy of the documents in their original folder. If one or more selected documents have been synchronized from Deltek PIM, copies will always be created, regardless of whether you select to keep copies or not.

Attention: If you are moving documents without creating copies, you should review the group access rights on the target folder to ensure existing members can still access the documents.
