Edit Document Information
You edit a document to update the document number, title, revision, originating organization, and notes.
You must have the required privileges to edit a document.
Note: Documents originating from a cloud account cannot be edited.
To edit the information of a document:
- In the Navigation pane, click Spaces.
- Click the space to navigate to it. To search for a space, enter the name in the Search Spaces field.
- Click the Documents tab to select it.
- Navigate to the folder where the document is stored.
- Click the document you want to edit.
- In the Summary tab of the Document Information dialog box, click Edit. The document information fields are now editable.
- Enter the changes you want to make.
- Click Save.
