The Links tab of the Schedule Analysis view allows you to view, enter, or modify a list of links associated with activities. This tab is related to the Link Center form. All links that are associated with an activity in Link Center also displays on this tab and vice versa.
All tabs of the Projects Form View share the same toolbar. For more information, see Projects Overview.
This grid displays all links associated with the activity.

Click the drop-down arrow to display the following options:

New |
Click this button to create a document link. Clicking this button displays the New Link dialog box. |
Associate |
Click this button to associate the selected activity with an existing link. Clicking this button displays the Link Search dialog box, which allows you to search for and select the link. You can select more than one link from the dialog box. A link associated with the activity is also associated with the project to which the activity belongs after saving the activity. |
Remove |
Click this button to remove the association of the link with the activity. Deleting a link’s association with the activity removes that particular association only. |
Save |
Click this button to save the changes made to the Links grid. Clicking this button only affects link changes for the selected activity. |
