Modify a Project

Use this procedure to modify a project in Deltek PM Compass.

When integrated with Cobra, PM Compass populates several fields with data from Cobra. These fields are read-only in PM Compass.

To modify a project:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Projects ยป Projects.

  2. In the Projects List View grid, select the project that you want to modify, or use the Search functionality to retrieve the project(s) that you want to update.

  3. Switch from List View to Form View. You can do this by taking one of the following actions:

    Not all users can access the Projects Form View. Access to this and other screens is controlled in the EPM Security Administrator.

  4. Navigate to the tab containing the details that you want to modify and make your changes.

  5. On the form toolbar, click Save.

You can also rearrange the fields on certain tabs by clicking Form Designer on the form toolbar.
