While you cannot make a project "invisible" in PM Compass, you can delete the project in the Projects Form View. When you delete the project, all of the records, imported data, and so on associated with the PM Compass project are deleted. The Cobra project is not deleted. See Delete Project on the Projects toolbar for more information.
To delete a project:
On the Navigation menu, click Projects ยป Projects.
In the Projects List View, select the project that you want to modify.
Select Form View by taking one of the following actions:
Double-click to the left of the selected project.
Click Form View in the toolbar.
On the form toolbar, click Delete Project. A message displays informing you that deleting the project results in the removal of all details in PM Compass that are associated with the project.
Click Yes to confirm the deletion.
A message displays informing you that the process has been sent to the System Queue to delete the project. PM Compass adds a "Delete related workflows for <project name>" process to the Process Queue Manager.
The data is deleted in the following order:
Cost and schedule sandbox per workflow
All workflow related data per project (child workflows, change log, links, and so on)
PM Compass project and other settings found in the Project Form view.
The project is still visible and usable in the Project Form view and in other areas such as the Project Search dialog box until the project deletion process is complete.
In the event that the project deletion process fails, you can navigate back to the Project Form view and click Delete Project, or you can resubmit the failed process queue to restart the process.
