Edit a Workflow

Only the originator and assignee can change any editable source fields and custom fields provided that the workflow is not read-only and has one of the following step statuses:

The originator has full access when the workflow status is blank (before workflow is started).

The workflow is read-only when:

The Progress tab is always read-only and all buttons are always enabled.

When the workflow status is New, you can modify certain fields. These include project, code, control account, work package, and activity. After the workflow starts, these fields non-editable.

To prevent an assignee from editing the workflow content, the following conditions must be met:

The assignee can always edit the Resolution field.

To edit a workflow:

  1. On the Navigation menu, click Workflows ยป All Workflows.

  2. In the List View grid, select the workflow you wish to edit and edit the fields as needed.

  3. Click Save.
