You can only delete a workflow if the following conditions are true:
The workflow has not yet started, has been completed, or is cancelled.
The Allow Workflow to Be Deleted if Workflow is Not In-Progress option on the General tab of the Workflow Type Configuration form is selected.
You have access to the Delete option for that workflow category in EPM SA and are the originator of the workflow, or you are a member of the SYSADMIN group.
In addition to the above, when you are in the Model Changes Form view, you can only delete a workflow that you created and saved in Model Changes or a workflow that has not yet started that was created for the current Open Plan project.
To delete a workflow from Change Management:
On the Navigation menu, click Workflows ยป All Workflows.
In the List View grid, select the workflow you wish to edit.
On the workflow form view toolbar, click Delete Workflow. If Delete Workflow is not available on the toolbar, review the list of conditions above.
PM Compass removes the workflow and displays a blank form view.
