Configure Dialog Box (Alerts)

Use this dialog box to select the alerts that you want to display on the Alerts dashpart.  

Alerts Dashpart Includes:

Alerts Not Connected to Workflows

Select this option to display scheduled alerts and user-initiated alerts that are not related to workflows.

 Alerts Connected to Workflows

Select this option to display Scheduled Alerts and User-Initiated Alerts that are related to workflows.

Workflow Types to Include

Select one of the following options from this drop-down list:

  • Print — Select this option to display the Print Preview form.

  • Export to Excel — Select this option to open the Microsoft Excel application with the grid’s contents displayed.

Workflow Type

This column displays the available workflow types for the alerts that you can display on the dashpart.
