All tabs of the Schedule Export form feature the same toolbar.

Enter either a single character (for example, the letter "a" or the number 3) or a string of characters ("ab" or "13") and then press ENTER. Alternatively you can click to search for a record. Clicking the icon displays the Configuration Search dialog box.
Click this button to save any changes that you make to the schedule export configuration.
Click this button to create a schedule export configuration. Clicking this button displays the following options:
New Record — Select this option to create a schedule export configuration.
Copy Current Record — Select this option to create a copy of the record currently selected. This is useful when you want to create a new configuration that is almost identical to the current configuration; you only need to modify a few details and leave most of the existing details intact.
Select Records to Copy — Select this option to create a record by searching for the configuration to copy.
Click this button to remove the currently selected configuration.
Click this button to create the export files based on the options selected on the Schedule Export form. If you have not saved the configuration yet, a message displays asking you whether to save the configuration.
Clicking Yes saves the configuration and then run the export if the save is successful.
Clicking No does not save the configuration and does not run the export.
Click this button to display the contents of the last log file that the export process created. Clicking this button displays the View Log dialog box.
