Adding Optional Vendor Invoice Detail Columns in Vendor Invoice Approvals

To add optional columns to the vendor invoice detail

The optional columns window opens.

  1. Select columns from the list of available columns.

General Information
Account Description The account description of the vendor invoice
Activity Description The description of the activity associated with the vendor invoice
Activity Type The type of activity associated with the vendor invoice
Commitment # The commitment number assigned to the vendor invoice
Department The department assigned to the vendor invoice
Finance Approval Status Indicates the finance approval status of the vendor invoice
Is Billed Indicates if the amount on the vendor invoice has been billed to the client
Is Non 1099 Indicates whether the vendor invoice is a non 1099 vendor invoice
Is On Hold Indicates if the vendor invoice status is On Hold
Notes Any notes entered for the vendor invoice row
PM Approval Status Indicates the project manager approval status of the vendor invoice row
Phase ID & Description The phase ID and description
Project ID & Description The project ID and description
