Creating a change order

Not available in ajeraCore or ajeraCore + add-ons

To create a change order

1. Click New.
2. Check the Change Order checkbox.
3. Select the original purchase order.

Note:

The Vendor auto-fills . The Purchase Order Number is automatically appended with a sequential three digit number.

4. Enter a description for the change order.
5. Enter the order date for the change order.

This pre-fills with today’s date.

6. Enter the person who did the ordering.

This pre-fills with the name of the person you are logged in as.

7. Optional: Enter a requisition number for the change order.
8. Optional: Verify the Ship to Address.

Note:

The address cannot be more than 5 lines.

9. Optional:Enter any notes about the change order.
10. Click Create.
