Send an E-invoice to Pagero

Pagero is a cloud-based software platform that offers e-invoicing and other financial document automation services. If your WorkBook system is integrated with Pagero, you can send e-invoices to the Pagero platform.

To send an e-invoice to Pagero:

  1. On the main toolbar, click Finance & Administration .
  2. In the left pane of the Finance & Administration screen, click Debtors > Debtor Invoices.
  3. In Debtor Invoices, click the Electronic Delivery tab.
  4. In the grid, select the e-invoice that you want to send to Pagero.
    Make sure that the e-invoice has a debtor delivery type of Electronic Invoice - Pagero. To do this, check the Debtor Delivery Type column.
  5. On grid toolbar, click Send E-invoice to Pagero .
  6. In the Send E-Invoice to Pagero dialog box, click Login to Pagero,
    The Pagero login page is displayed on a new browser tab.
  7. Enter your credentials in the Pagero login page.
  8. Once you have successfully logged into Pagero, close the tab and go back to WorkBook.
    The Send E-Invoice to Pagero dialog box now displays Send to Pagero.
  9. Click Send to Pagero to send the e-invoice to Pagero.
