Synchronize Calendar Items in Gmail
When you schedule a meeting in either Gmail or Vantagepoint, you can synchronize the meeting information so that the details are available in both applications.
Because synchronization is bidirectional, any new or changed information in Vantagepoint is automatically updated in Gmail, and vice versa.
Whenever you add a meeting to either application and add contacts and employees to the meeting, invitations to the meeting are automatically sent to those contacts. You can also specify that a meeting remain private, and not synchronize its information to the other application.
