Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Show or Hide Track Change Indicators in the Editor (New Workspace)

Show track change in-line indicators for articles and paragraphs in the new workspace editor to track work progress and locate specific modifications. Hide these in-line indicators to simplify your view of the editor. new workspace

To show or hide track change indicators in the new workspace editor:

  1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select a family, section, or product type.
  2. On the editor action bar of the new workspace, click (Visibility Settings) > Track Changes to toggle the visibility of all in-line indicators for track changes in the editor.
