Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Show or Hide Notes to Specifier (New Workspace)

Show notes to specifier on the element form to display master-level or firm-level guides for the element and its paragraphs. Hide these notes to simplify the view of the paragraphs in the new workspace editor.

To show or hide notes to specifier on the new workspace editor:

  1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select a family, section, or product type.
  2. On the editor action bar of the new workspace, click (Visibility Settings) > Notes to Specifier to toggle the visibility of all notes to specifier on the editor.
