Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Show or Hide Inactive Content (New Workspace)

Show the inactive articles, paragraphs, and options set items in the new workspace editor to access hidden content for review or activation. Hide inactive content items to show only active articles, paragraphs, and options set items and simplify your view of the editor.

To show or hide inactive content in the new workspace editor:

  1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select a family, section, or product type.
  2. On the editor action bar of the new workspace, click (Visibility Settings) > Inactive Content to toggle the visibility of all inactive articles and paragraphs on the editor.
