Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Move a Paragraph (New Workspace)

Move and arrange paragraphs within a family or product type to prioritize select paragraphs. This enables you to create a custom order based on your project requirements.

When you move a paragraph, multiple rules apply and Specpoint automatically makes adjustments to related contents.

To move a paragraph in a project element:

  1. In the Elements panel of the new workspace, select an added family, section, or product type.
    An added element displays in dark blue.
  2. On the new workspace editor, click one of the following tabs to select which part to edit:
    • Part 1 - General
    • Part 2 - Products
    • Part 3 - Execution
  3. In your selected part, locate the article that contains your desired paragraph and click to expand the article.
  4. Under the article, locate and hover over the paragraph that you want to remove.
  5. In the paragraph, hold its , drag, and drop it to your desired location.
    Specpoint automatically saves the paragraph's new position.
