Use the available references on working with track changes to build out your project specifications content and collaborate with other members of your firm.
Project Workspace
In the project workspace, the available actions that you can perform depend on your user permission and the available changes in the selected element. For working with track changes, the following permissions apply:

Accept all track changes within an element to include all content changes and approve all design decisions. - Reject All Track Changes
Reject all track changes within an element to discard all pending/unresolved content changes and revert the affected content items to an earlier state.
