Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the View Project Details Pane

Use the contents of this pane to preview information about a project.

Navigate to the following contents:

Project Details

Field Description
Project Group This is the group in which the project belongs.
Project Number This is the number or code which identifies the project.
Project Name This is the project's name.
Construction Budget This is the budget range for the project's construction.

Project Location This is the project's complete address.

Project Parameters

Field Description
Building Type This indicates the building's type or purpose for use.

Construction Type This indicates the materials used in the project's construction and structure's resistance to fire.

Contract Type This indicates the general and special conditions of the construction contracts.

Sustainability This indicates the environmental code to which the project adheres.

Owner This indicates the individual, organization, or authority that owns the project's building or facility.

Geographic Region This indicates the climate of the project's location based on ASHRAE's defined geographic regions.

Seismic Zone This indicates the seismic design category of the project's location based on FEMA's classification system.

Wind Zone This indicates the frequency and strength of windstorms in the project's location based on NIST's classification system.

Project Phase

Field Description
Current Phase This is the current phase in which the project is. The current phase depends on the project's milestones and completion dates that the project team set on the Project Schedule page.

Target Completion This is the target completion date for the current project phase. The project team sets the target completion dates for each of the project's phases on the Project Schedule page.
