  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Seismic Zone

This project parameter indicates the seismic conditions of the project's location based on the seismic design categories of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

The seismic design category classifies the risks, structural design, and allowed occupancy of a structure based on the possible earthquakes in a given area. This classification also considers the quality of the soil and the proximity to active faults.

The following options are available:

  • Category A
  • Category B
  • Category C
  • Category D
  • Category D1
  • Category D2
  • Category E
