  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Sustainability

This project parameter indicates the green building rating system or environmental code to which the project adheres.

The following options are available:
  • None
  • ASHRAE 189.1
  • Green Globes
  • IGCC
  • LEED 2009
  • LEED 2009 for Schools
  • LEED v4
  • LEED v4.1

A project can have multiple sustainability options.

Design Automation for Sustainability

Specpoint automatically filters project content based on your project's set Sustainability parameter. The platform activates and inactivates relevant paragraphs and properties in the project elements that you add to your project.

For example, you select LEED v4.1 as the sustainability parameter for your project and you add a family with an article for sustainability. The platform will include paragraphs for LEED v4.1 and inactivate paragraphs for other sustainability options, such as IGCC.

If you activate a paragraph that is outside your selected sustainability parameter, which the platform automatically inactivated, the project workspace displays a message prompt informing you of the conflict. Likewise, when you inactivate a paragraph assigned for your selected sustainability parameter, the project workspace also displays a message prompt.

This automation applies to both baseline content and imported content.
