Contents of the User Page

Use the contents of the User page to create or modify a user under your account.

Header Toolbar Contents

The following options are available on the header toolbar of the User page:

Item Description

Page Title

This displays the name of the page that you are currently viewing.

Cancel Click this button to cancel setting up or modifying the user and return to the User Management page.
Save Click this button to create a new user or save changes that you made to the user.

Page Contents

The following table shows the available fields that you can use to enter information about a user:

Field Description
First Name Enter the user's first name.
Last Name Enter the user's last name.
User Email Enter the user's email address.
Permissions Select the user's permission/access level from the following options:
  • Admin
  • Author
  • Contributor

Discipline Select the user's discipline.

Role Select the user's role or position.

Account Admin Select this option to assign the user as the designated account administrator for your A/E firm.

There is only one designated account administrator in each company account. The designated account administrator has the highest platform permissions in your A/E firm to address special administrative and technical concerns. When you assign a user as the designated account administrator, the current designated account administrator loses the account admin privilege.

Status This displays the user account's status.
