User Status
A user status indicates whether a user has access to Specpoint.
Users can have one of the following statuses assigned to their account:
Status | Description |
---|---|
Active | The user can access pages within Specpoint based on the user's permission. An administrator can edit or deactivate an active user account. |
Inactive | The user cannot log in and access Specpoint. For account reactivation, contact your administrator. |
Pending Invite | The user has not yet accepted the user invitation email. If you encounter issues with your invitation email, contact your administrator to resend your invitation email. An administrator can cancel a pending user invitation if necessary. |
Note: Specpoint determines an account's In Use count (against the Admin/Author Limit or Contributor Limit) by users whose Status is Active or Pending Invite. An account can have inactive users beyond the user limits.
