Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Style Guides Tab

Use the contents of this tab to manage style guides for your project and select guides to work on in other panes.

The following option is available:

Option Description
Add New Style Guide This option is available only to administrators and authors.

Click this button to create a new style guide.

The following columns are available in the list of style guides:

Column Description
NAME This displays the name of the style guide and a radio button (), which indicates whether you selected the style guide.
ACTIVE This displays a green icon () which indicates that the style guide is active.
LOCKED This displays a lock icon () which indicates that the style guide is locked from editing and deletion.

Other Options

In the pane that contains this tab, the following tabs are available:

Tab Description
Style Guides This indicates that you are currently viewing the Format Page for Style Guides.
Headers & Footers Click this tab to access the features on this page for working on headers & footers.
