Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Product Listing Details Pane

Use the contents of this pane to view a specific product listing's details such as its general information, photos, videos, properties, and manufacturer information.

Navigate to the following contents:

Contents

The following items are available in this pane:

Item Description
Product Name This displays the name of the product listing that you are currently viewing.
x Click this button to close the Product Listing Details pane.
Photos and Videos This displays the product's photos and videos.
Properties Click this button to display the contents of the Product Properties tab. tab.
Resources Click this button to display the contents of the Resources tab.
Corporate Logo and Company Name This displays the corporate logo of the product listing's manufacturer. Hover over the logo to view the manufacturer's company name.

If the corporate logo is not available, this displays the manufacturer's company name.

Product Card Type This displays a label that indicates the product card or approval type, such as MasterSpec Verified or General Distribution.

Photos and Videos

The following items are available in the photo and video display carousel of a product listing:

Item Description
Main Pane This shows a photo or video of the product in a large size.
Photo Thumbnails This displays thumbnails of photos and videos of the product. Each product can only have a maximum of 10 uploaded photos or linked videos.
Use this feature to perform the following actions:
  • To enlarge a photo and display it on the main pane, click its photo thumbnail.
  • To play a video, click its video preview.
  • To scroll through the thumbnails, click the up and down arrows.

Properties Tab

This tab displays a list of the product's properties. For each property, this displays the selected property options for the product listing and all possible property options based on its product type.

Resources Tab

The following options are available on the Resources tab:

Option Description
Description This displays a description about the product.
Contact This displays a list of contact persons for the product listings's manufacturer.

For each contact person, the following information is available:

Option Description
Email Click this icon to open your default email application and send an email to the contact person.
Name This displays the full name of the contact person.
Contact Number This displays the phone or mobile number of the contact person.
Documents This displays a list documents that you can download for the product listing. Listing documents contains base document or catalog information.

To download a document in the list, click the document's respective Download button.

Links This lists links to resources that are relevant to the product listing. These links can redirect a user to a resource external or internal to Specpoint.

To open a link in the list, click the link.

Partnerships This lists the partnerships that the product listing includes. The following partnerships are available:
  • BIMsmith
  • Swatchbox
  • ULE
  • Sustainable Minds

To view information or resources about a partnership, click the partnership.
