Contents of an Article (Office Master)

On the element form of the office master workspace, use the available options and contents of an article to arrange, modify, add, and remove articles. These contents are available only for articles in office master families and product types.

Options

The following options are available for each article:

Button Description
Dotted Icon This icon indicates the beginning of an article.
Add Content Click this button to add a new article immediately after the currently selected article.

Remove Click this button to remove the article.

Menu Click this button to view the available options for the article.
The following options are available:
  • Notes
    • All Notes: Open the Notes window and view notes for the office master element.
    • Create New Note: Add a note to the article.

Contents

On this form, the following contents are available for each article:

Item Description
Collapsed or Expanded Indicator This indicates whether you expanded or collapsed the article. The following icons are available:
  • : This indicates that you collapsed the article and hid its child paragraphs. Click this icon to expand the article.
  • : This indicates that you expanded the article and displayed its child paragraphs. Click this icon to collapse the article.
Article Number This indicates the numbering of the article based on the order of all articles in a given part.
Title This indicates the title of the article. For a given part under an office master family or product type, the article title is unique.

Click the title and enter text to modify the article title.
