Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Contents of the Caution Window for Office Master Import

Use the contents of this window to view the minor issues or caution items in an uploaded family.

Contents

In this window, the following items are available:

Item Description
Caution Count This displays the number of articles that contain caution items in the uploaded family.
Family Number and Name This displays the element number and name of the family.
View Differences Click this button to download a reference file for the family and its caution items.

The reference file contains track changes of caution items and the platform's automated corrections.

Caution List This lists all the caution items in the family grouped by caution item type.
Close Click this button to close the Caution window.

Caution List

In the Caution list, the following items are available:

Item Description
Caution Item Type This groups the articles that contain caution items by their general type. For example:
  • Found Duplicate Instance
  • Duplicate Properties

This grouping includes a short description of the caution item type.

You can click each group to either expand it or collapse it. This respectively shows or hides the articles that contain caution items.

Articles For each caution item type, this lists the articles that contain the respective caution items.
