Using the Help Search
  • Phrase:Returns all topics that contain the exact phrase in the search criteria. Use quotation marks around the phrase.
    Ex."system administration"
  • And:Returns all topics that contain all the words in the search criteria, in any combination. Insert a plus sign between all words in the search criteria.
    Ex.system + administration
  • Or:Returns all topics with any combination of words in the search criteria. This is the default.

Note Card

Use the note card to preview information about a project note while browsing in the Notes window and to access a project note for commenting and editing.

You can perform the following actions with the note card:
  • Click the note card to open the note in the Note Details window. This enables you view project note details, add a comment, and edit the note.
  • Drag and drop the note card to another board (New, In Progress, or Complete) to update the work status of the project note.
  • Delete a note that you added.
