As an
administrator or
author, export a project manual to file formats that you can view and share outside
Specpoint.
Before you export a project, review the project's elements and element contents. Use the
section preview to have a better sense of how your project contents will display in the project manual.
To export a project manual:

Open a project in the project workspace.
Note: You can only export projects that have at least one
family or section element.

On the project dashboard menu, click
Export.

In the Export dialog box, in the
Name Your Export field, enter the name for the exported project manual.

Select the file format in which to export:
- Portable Document Format (PDF)
- Word Document (DOCX)

To include notes to specifier in the exported section content, select the
Include Notes to Specifier option. Otherwise, leave blank.

To include bookmarks in the exported PDF and/or DOCX files, select the
Include Bookmarks option. Otherwise, leave blank.

To include track changes markups and tips, select the
Show Track Changes option. Otherwise, leave blank.

Click
Export.
Depending on the amount of included content, the export process might take some time.
