Contents of the Categories Pane

Use the contents of this pane to select the building categories and filter the elements in the Project Elements pane.

The following options are available in this pane:

Option Description
All Categories Select this option to select all categories.

By default, this is the selected category.

When you select this option, Specpoint sets the Disciplines field to All Disciplines by default.

Discipline Select the disciplines for which to filter the categories. The following disciplines are available:
  • All Disciplines
  • Architectural
  • Structural
  • Consultant
  • Mechanical
  • Electrical
  • Plumbing
  • Civil
  • Coordination
  • Construction
  • Facilities Management
  • Building Product Manufacturer

The default value is All Disciplines. When you select a discipline, Specpoint selects the Administration category by default.

CATEGORIES This lists all the available categories based on the selected discipline. Click a category to select it. The following categories are available:
