Use this element to manage the contents and associations in your project specifications.
In Specpoint, the following types of assemblies are available:
Level | Element Type | Description |

assembly. Use this element to manage the contents in your project specifications and develop
performance requirements.
Each assembly group has an element number which adheres to the following format: A####, where A represents a letter and # represents a number or digit. For example, Standard Foundations: Assembly A1010. |
2 | Subassembly Group | This is the second level
assembly. Add or remove these elements to provide organization for the
family and
product type components and offer design clarity for a given
assembly or system.
Each subassembly group has an element number which adheres to the following format: A####.##, where A represents a letter and # represents a number or digit. For example, Wall Foundations: Assembly A1010.10. |
3 | Subassembly Type | This is the third level
assembly and may be optional for some project element tree paths. Add or remove these elements to further control associations to related
families and
product types in your project specifications. In the platform, you cannot access or modify the content items for these
assemblies.
Each subassembly type has an element number which adheres to the following format: A####.####, where A represents a letter and # represents a number or digit. For example, Continuous Footings: Assembly A1010.1010. |
